Yield: 4 servings – 2 flowers each
• 8 slices of Mastro Genoa Salami
• 4 Olives (pitted)
• 4 pearl Boconcini
• 4 Cherry tomatoes – cut in half
1. Take each slice of Genoa salami, loosely fold in thirds.
2. Add halved cherry tomato and toothpick to serve.
3. Repeat steps using olives.
4. Repeat steps using cherry tomato and pearl Boconcini.
