2 ½ cups flour ½ tsp grated nutmeg 1 tsp salt and white pepper ⅔ cups milk 5 large eggs 5 tbsp olive oil
You can get creative with the toppings, we did ours with half tomato and half asparagus, we like the tomato with some crumbled goat cheese. The caramelized onions add a nice sweetness to the roasted tomatoes.
Place all ingredients in a large serving bowl or in separate bowls for individual serving. Serve with salad dressings of your choice.
