Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with Boursin Bouquet of Basil and Chive and Toasted Pine Nuts
- 1 Boursin Bouquet of Basil and Chive cheese
- 24 medium sized cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- Chive sprigs for garnish
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Slice off the top of each cherry tomato and scoop out insides with a small spoon. Season with salt.
- Toast pine nuts in a skillet (2–3 minutes).
- Stuff each tomato with Boursin Bouquet of Basil and Chive, garnish with toasted pine nuts, and decorate with basil leaves and chive sprigs.
