International celebrity and regional chefs take to The Toronto Star Culinary Stage in animated demonstrations with Vikram Vij, Francisco Alejandri, Naomi Duguid, Wing Li, Roger Mooking, Mara Salles, Elizabeth Rivasplata and Jordan Lassaline.
NEW! Taste of Ontario Artisan Alley — An afternoon of exclusive cask beer sampling (only available at our festival!), Ontario craft beers, some of the newest VQA wines alongside distinctive artisan cheese and Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers.
Our Saturday night dance party, The Perth County Hoot presented by Mill Street Brewery headlines Lemon Bucket Orkestra with BBQ pork washed down with Mill Street brews, Chateâu des Charmes wines and Dillon’s Small Batch Distiller’s spirits.
More than 40 Tutored Talks and Tastings offer a myriad of chefs, cook book authors and culinary experts including Naomi Duguid (Foods of Burma), Mirella Amato (Beers of the World), Wayne Roberts –(The Global Greenbelt) and more.
An interative panel discussion at the Women in Food Breakfast presented by Chatelaine takes place at the historic Church Restaurant.
