- Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
- Castello® Traditional Blue
- Castello® Brie
- 1 stick salami sliced
- 1 package prosciutto
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 jar olive tapenade
- 1 jar pepper jam
- 1 jar marinated olives
- 1 package rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins
- Place cheeses on a board. Slice cheddar and brie, crumble traditional blue. Add sliced salami, prosciutto and nuts.
- Fill serving dishes with pepper jam, olive tapenade and marinated olives. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme.
- Serve with rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins.
